• tawk.to operates the live chat feature and processes chat conversations on our behalf in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Zoho processes PDH certificate requests on our behalf: it generates your certificate, emails it to you, and records your request in our customer relationship management system.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our legal rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In the case of a merger, sale, or asset transfer, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Product literature linked from this site is hosted on third-party services such as Google Drive. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services.

4. RF Job Sheets Mobile App

Road Fabrics also provides RF Job Sheets, a private mobile app our employees and drivers use to complete and submit job documentation. This Privacy Policy covers that app as well. When you use RF Job Sheets:

• Work account: You sign in with your Road Fabrics work account, and we process your name and work email address to identify your submissions.
• Job documentation: Job details, photos, and documents you capture are uploaded to servers operated by Road Fabrics. The camera and document scanner are used only when you actively take a photo or scan a document.
• Notifications: If you enable push notifications, we process a device token to deliver work-related notifications.
• Business systems: Job information is synchronized with our internal business systems and retained as ordinary business records.

RF Job Sheets is distributed privately to Road Fabrics personnel and is not directed at the general public. The app does not show advertising, does not sell your data, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Employee information is handled in accordance with our employment policies.

5. Cookies

The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The live chat feature sets cookies only if you open it, so chat can keep your conversation connected. Our spam-protection service may set a cookie when you use a form to verify you are not a bot.
