Entrants release LinkedIn from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion. 3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry period. The promotion begins on the date this page is published and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 15, 2026(the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer and records are the official timekeeper.
5. How to enter. Follow the Road Fabrics company page on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/company/road-fabrics-incand remain a follower through the end of the Entry Period. Individuals already following the page as of the start of the Entry Period are automatically entered and need take no further action. A LinkedIn account is required to enter by this method, and accounts are free.
6. Free alternate method of entry. No LinkedIn account and no follow is required. To enter without following, send an email to info@roadfabrics.com with the subject line GIVEAWAY and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Emails must be received before the end of the Entry Period. Entries submitted by this method receive the same chance of winning as entries submitted by following.
7. Limit. One (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person, or entries made using multiple LinkedIn accounts or email addresses, will be disqualified. Entries made by any automated means, bot, or third-party service will be disqualified.
8. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a $250 Amazon.com Gift Card with an approximate retail value of two hundred fifty United States dollars ($250.00). Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $250.00. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the winner's responsibility.
9. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
10. Winner selection and notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries during the week of September 21, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by LinkedIn direct message, by email, or both, using the contact information available to Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
11. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the winner may be asked to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used by Sponsor to administer the promotion and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering does not subscribe you to any marketing email. Entrants who contact Sponsor by the alternate method may be contacted about this promotion only.
13. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner's photograph or additional personal information without separate written permission.
14. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
15. Release of liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
16. Governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
17. Winner list. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Road Fabrics Inc., PO Box 87380, Carol Stream, IL 60188, Attn: LinkedIn Giveaway Winner List, to be received no later than sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
