The thing to understand before pricing an RSS against a wall: there are two different geogrids doing two different jobs here, and they are not interchangeable. Uniaxial grid runs back into the fill as primary reinforcement. Biaxial grid sits at the face to hold the surface together. Substituting one for the other because it is what is on the yard is a structural change, not a material swap.

A slope is usually cheaper than a wall for the same grade change when you have the room for it, and it can be vegetated, which matters for permitting on some sites. Where you do not have the room, that is when SierraScape or a block wall starts to make sense.

Tensar provide detailing, design and stamped drawings per project on request. Take them up on it. Slope geometry, reinforcement length and spacing are not things to work out from a generic table.
