Petromat® MPV nonwoven asphalt overlay fabric forms a membrane that minimizes surface water from penetrating pavement systems and provides a stress relief interlayer which inhibits the growth of reflective cracks.

• Engineered for low to medium cracking severity.
• Equivalent asphalt thickness to achieve the same performance: 1.2".
• Prevents penetration of surface water into the subgrade, even if the crack reflects through to the surface.
• Features a stress-relieving interface that retards reflective cracking.
• Provides uniform bonding between old and new asphalt layers to resist delamination.
• Can be milled with conventional milling machines, and if saturated during installation is also recyclable.
